Lynn Van Houtte, inspirator.

The origin of Tangoconsult refers to one of my favorite dances: Tango 🕺💃

The dance is synonymous with the way I like to work: in dialogue, agile,

playful, honest, respectful, simple, with attention and trust.

I am an attentive yet critical listener, strongly rooted

in values such as freedom🕊️, beauty, love and friendship .

My change . I left a career as an organizational developer and general manager to embark on a new professional adventure with Tangoconsult for coaching and interim management.

With Tangoconsult I like to combine my experience with Gestalt coaching, general management, strategy determination, HR, future thinking and creativity and knowledge of society and politics.

This keeps my curious and open mind stimulated. I also literally like to discuss things while walking.

Short meetings about practical matters, enough time for conversations that really matter: the content.

Your inspirator . The curious possibilist in me loves to challenge and connect people and ideas, quickly switching between thinking and doing. I can be inspiring and convincing with my enthusiasm, while also being diplomatic and to-the-point. Humor is my strength.

Beauty . Last but not least, beauty 💎 inspires me: nature🍃, music🎵, architecture, dance and movement, healthy food🍎. A healthy mind in a healthy body.

Let me be your firestarter 🔥
